AAGRAH - Kashmiri restaurants across Yorkshire

The Aagrah Group might have been making phenomenal food since 1977, but it's taken them until now to have a film made. Fortunately, they asked me to do it.

Aside from being cool to film, it was quite eye-opening to see how much time goes into the preparation of the food at the Aagrah - from rolling and kneading fresh dough for naans, to marinading the curries for hours before cooking them - and what exactly goes on behind the scenes.

I'm still waiting on a free popadom mind...
