HOME, which hit the Leeds restaurant scene at full throttle back in August, is the work of Liz Cottam (semi-finalist on last year's Masterchef) and Mark Owens (former head chef at The Box Tree in Ilkley). Serving up ten-course tasting menus throughout the week, and a six-course menu on Sundays (read: pork & apple / Yorkshire puddings / horseradish mousse / onion chutney...), HOME seeks to reconstruct British fine dining in a modern, relaxed environment.
